Leaders from a wide range of backgrounds will be interviewed to uncover the building blocks of authentic, high-impact leadership. We’ll go beyond titles to understand the values, decisions, and defining experiences that fuel their influence.

This project is especially for the next generation, those seeking a blueprint for leadership that is both human and effective. It’s also for anyone who believes that leadership done right transforms not just organizations, but lives.
